Zigging and Zagging Trunk

Check this out, this tree has such an intricate trunk, I just love the way it looks, don't you? The surrounding snow has this beautiful fluffy feel that seeps right into your skin. This picture is just so cool looking!

Cold Feet?

These are so cute! Teeny little birds were probably just flying along when they decided to take a break and stand for a while. Their little feet must have been frozen!

Sorry, I just realized I hadn't commented on the big news...
HAPPY 2013 EVERYONE!
I don't know if any of you viewers does New Year's Resolutions or goes to big parties or stays up until midnight but I hope you really enjoyed whatever it was you did and you enjoy the year ahead of us.  :)

Making Waffles --part 2

TA DA! yumbos numbos! This is such a magnificent picture! There're the beautiful waffles in the waffle maker, the bowl of fruit to the left and the butter to the right and don't forget the batter spill that perfects the picture in the bottom right corner. Don't you all just love waking up to waffles on a Saturday morning after having slept in an extra 3 hours. It's what makes being a kid completely worth it. This is a picture of waffle batter. I like the look of the spatula, the yellow-white batter itself is not as appetizing but the result is so amazing that it's well worth it....
